DMCA Policy

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed was done so in error or that you have the right to use it, you may submit a counter-notification including the following:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its original location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (if in the U.S.) or to an appropriate legal body in your country.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others may have their accounts or access to the website permanently terminated at our discretion.
